Frequently Asked Questions

Is the price shown online the actual price I can buy the vehicle for?⌄

Yes. The Hello Price shown is our current selling price for this vehicle. Applicable taxes, registration, and government fees are additional. We believe you should understand the numbers before you make the trip — not discover a different deal when you arrive.

How do I know this used vehicle is in good condition?⌄

We don’t simply take in a vehicle and put it online. Our pre-owned vehicles are inspected before being offered for sale, and applicable reconditioning is completed based on the vehicle’s condition. We also provide available vehicle-history information so you can make an informed decision about the specific vehicle you’re considering.

What happens if I have a problem after I buy the vehicle?⌄

We want you to feel confident after you drive away, too. Depending on the vehicle, your purchase may include Hello Pre-Loved benefits, remaining manufacturer coverage or other warranty coverage. Optional protection plans may also be available. We’ll explain exactly what applies to this vehicle before you purchase it.

Can I get financed if I have challenged, little or no credit history?⌄

You may have options. We work with a variety of lenders and customers with many different credit histories, including first-time buyers and customers rebuilding or establishing credit. Approval, rates and terms depend on your individual application, but our team can help you understand the options available without judgment or pressure.

Why should I trade my vehicle to Hello instead of selling it myself?⌄

Selling privately can mean creating listings, answering messages, meeting strangers, dealing with no-shows, negotiating and watching out for scams or fraudulent payments. At Hello, we’ll appraise your vehicle, give you a straightforward offer, handle the paperwork and apply your trade toward your next vehicle if you choose. You can skip the Facebook Marketplace headaches and handle everything in one place.

Does this used vehicle come with a warranty?⌄

Warranty coverage depends on the vehicle. Some vehicles may have remaining manufacturer warranty coverage, while qualifying Hello Pre-Loved vehicles include additional limited warranty benefits. Optional Vehicle Service Contracts may also be available. We’ll clearly explain the coverage that applies to this specific vehicle.

Do I have to finance through Hello to buy this vehicle?⌄

No. You’re welcome to finance through Hello, use your own bank or credit union, or pay cash. If you finance with us, we can compare options from available lenders to help you find a competitive program. Your financing choice doesn’t change how we treat you or how we price your vehicle.

Can I buy from Hello if I live outside the area or out of state?⌄

Absolutely. We work with customers outside our local area and out of state all the time. Our team can help coordinate the purchase remotely, explain what can be completed online, and walk you through available pickup or delivery options based on your location.

Why should I buy a used vehicle from Hello?⌄

A used vehicle comes with a history, so trust matters. We combine vehicle inspections, available history information, straightforward pricing and Hello ownership benefits with a personalized purchase experience. Our goal isn’t just to sell you a used car — it’s to give you the information and confidence you need to feel good about the one you’re buying.
