They will go through a basic inspection process that will include:
• A minimum 10-mile road test
• Brake pads replacement with wear less than 4mm or 40% of pad remaining
• Tire replacement when tires at 4/32 or greater
• Seat belts and airbags in working order
• Fresh oil change and oil filter replacement
• Cabin air filter replacement
• Full interior and exterior detail
• Full disclosure of inspection details and notation of “known flaws”
• A complete CARFAX vehicle history report
Do Experienced Autos have a Warranty?
Hello Experienced Autos come with a 7 day/500 mile (which ever comes first) Safety Net. There are exceptions and qualifications with certain makes and models. This does not apply to performance vehicles
Can I trade-in a vehicle and apply that to the purchase price?
Yes, Hello Auto Group uses our own proprietary software that is competitive to other trade-in sources like Kelly Blue Book to determine your vehicle’s value based on the market and its condition. Hello Buys Cars calculates the most accurate vehicle values based on current daily market information.
Can I Finance a Hello Experienced Auto?
Absolutely. We work with hundreds of lenders to secure your financing based on your credit history and credit history to find you the best rate available on your Hello Experienced Auto. You can also work with your own bank or credit union but in most instances it’s more convenient to use our services.
